The Top Executive Salary Survey (published in April and September)

This survey is based on data provided in respect of 5760 executives employed by over 750 South African organizations participating in this survey. Research results are analysed by both executive grade and five organizational size criteria. It also reports on executive incentives, taxation, international pay comparisons, staff turnover costs and historical and projected pay trends. This survey is available on CD.

The General Staff Survey (published in April and September)

This survey contains basic salary, fringe benefit and annual cost of employment data for 550 different benchmark positions, from the most junior operative to middle management level. The 800 plus organizations contributing data to this survey employ around 1.5 million staff. This survey is available on CD.

The General Staff On-Line Versions (April and September)

The on-line version allows clients to input data directly on-line to the website and to receive survey commentary sections and tables in electronic printable format. Easy transfer of your computerised salary and wage information to our central data bank, which allows for convenient pay comparisons between your own pay rates and scales with over 550 benchmark detailed market salary and benefits tables.

Combine position tables to yield multiple salaries for staff with multi functional responsibilities, view job pay histories for all positions from lowest levels to senior middle management. The survey offers market data reports which enable you to evaluate the cost of different pay increases scenarios and/or benefit parameter changes in convenient total cost comparison reports.

The JSE listed companies Executive Pay Survey

A survey btailored to the requirements of the remuneration committees of listed companies, providing information from a database of participating JSE-listed companies on – the levels of pay of senior executives, senior executive pay policies and non-executive directors fees.
