Beverly Rosan believes in walking the talk. The senior consulting Psychometrist at Work Dynamics Durban joined the team a little under a year ago. Coupled with the company’s solid track record for delivering effective human resource services, she’s confident that the Durban office is capable of meeting and exceeding expectations.
With her extensive experience, Beverly is able to multi-task and tackles business development, administration and management of day to day operations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and an honours degree in Industrial Psychology (Cum Laude) from the University of South Africa. Her responsibilities include key accounts management, organisational development such as job profiling, performance management, psychometric assessment and research.
Beverly finds the market very competitive but feels that customised organisational development services and competency based assessments will give Work Dynamics an edge. Over the next three years, she aims to have built lasting partnerships with key clients and positioned Work Dynamics as the region’s leading consultant in talent management, organisational development and team development.
“While the Durban office has some way to go before fulfilling our objectives, it has tasted success in a short time. Projects include winning a tender to review a HR plan and EE plan for a local municipality, performance management system design, change management, job grading, job description compilation and competency based assessment.”
