Work Dynamics’s Hazel Dunbar was one of the key note speakers at a recent Virgin Active Leadership Summit.
She presented an interactive workshop which dealt with building a leadership behaviour model. Up to 170 Virgin Active managers and national heads participated.
“The audience thoroughly enjoyed the relevance of the model, as well as the participative manner in which we built the model together,” says Hazel. “They relayed examples and it was clear they could already start using the new insights to help improve their teams in relevant ways.”
Hazel added that it was great to see how positive the teams responded to the tools they received and how it helped them to think differently about behaviour, as well as organisational dynamics.
“I’m looking forward to do two similar leadership workshops in the near future, also within the Virgin Active South Africa group.”
