What did you do before joining Work Dynamics?
I worked for an NGO as a Senior Research and Assessment officer and completed my Internship part time at EDCON while working there. I thereafter went into private practice which provided me with an opportunity to enhance my experience in assessment administration, report writing and feedback as well as other HR functions.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
As a young professional in the field of HR & Industrial Psychology, establishing the Work Dynamics KZN office was great opportunity to apply my knowledge and skills and achieve my career goals. Working with a wide spectrum of clients both in private and public sector has allowed me to make my contribution to the field of HR and Industrial Psychology through designing customised Human Resource Development interventions. I have always endeavoured to assist organisations in general to create a work environment based on motivation and communication between employees, while creating a collaborative working culture based on team work to achieve the best results and objectives.

I intend on following a very client centred approach by developing solutions that best meets a client’s needs. By taking the time to establish rapport with a client and understanding their needs would provide an opportunity to develop strategic relationships while dealing with immediate concerns. Overall, I endeavour to provide a service embodying professionalism, quality and integrity.
