What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the fast-paced challenging industry as well as the opportunity to be part of team and organisation which provides recruiting and development services amongst others. It is rewarding knowing that once an individual has been assessed they’ll be recruited or developed for a position which not only suites their interests, but personality as well. This benefits them and companies they’ll be working for as this leads to job satisfaction. Furthermore, I enjoy engaging with others in the industry which gives me more insight to HR and the Industrial and Organisational Psychology industry.
