What did you do before joining Work Dynamics?
I have been working in the consulting field for the past 10 years, focusing on creating bespoke solutions for various clients. These solutions include, amongst others, psychometric assessments, assessment and development centre design, competency framework design, various workshops (leadership development, emotional intelligence & conflict management) and facilitating team interventions. I did my research in the field of executive coaching and am interested in coaching field, as it entails supporting others to reach their full potential. I enjoy the opportunity to learn about different industries and the challenges offered with each new project.
What excites you about the job?
It is exciting to create solutions that are meaningful and makes a difference in both the organisation and the career progression of individuals. When you start a new project, it is like a blank canvas and there is an opportunity to be creative and to develop innovative solutions. Being able to realise that you contributed and made a difference to people also creates meaning and provides purpose. I also enjoy interacting with a diverse array of people and likes to listen to their stories and experiences.
